Hello and welcome to our website. In these pages we provide an overview of who we are and what we offer. We hope that you will find it useful. Should you have any further questions,  you are welcome to contact us directly.

Centrespace was created by a small team of mindfulness teachers dedicated to making mindfulness training and practice accessible to a broad audience. We offer introductory sessions and 8 week courses.

All our teachers have undergone rigorous mindfulness meditation teacher training  and are registered mindfulness teachers. They also receive regular supervision for their teaching practice and each have at least ten years of personal practice.

Collectively we have considerable expertise in delivering mindfulness courses in a variety of settings including: health, business, government and education, as well as with members of the public in diverse groups.

We are committed to providing a supportive and welcoming space to individuals of any gender, race and sexual orientation and from all walks of life. All our programmes are non-religious and we welcome people from all faiths and non. Whether completely new to mindfulness  or more experienced, we warmly invite all who feel inspired to explore ways of developing greater stability, peace and wellbeing through meditation practices.

“Mindfulness is the energy of attention. ..It is the essential basis for healing and transforming ourselves and creating harmony in our family, our work life, and our society”

Thich Nhat Hanh, Nobel Peace Prize Nominee and author of The Miracle of Mindfulness
